Melissa realized that she wanted to advance her career and started her journey back to school. In 2023, she graduated from Mercer University with her Master of Science in Nursing degree in Family Nurse Practitioner. She accepted a position with an Internal Medicine practice and has been working in this field since 2024. She joined North Macon Family Healthcare Associates in May of 2025.
